STEP 1. INITIAL CONTACT, IMAGE UPLOAD & FORM SUBMISSION

You have visited our website, used our Concrete Price Calculators, and you have submitted images of the site so we can see what you are seeing. The more information you can provide (i.e., dimensions, details, access, and expectations) the more accurate your quote will be.

STEP 2. SUBMISSION RECEIVED & REACH OUT

We will reach out to you after we have received your project submission and have gone through the details you have provided. We will discuss what’s important to you about your project and gather more information if needed. If our schedule works, our philosophies align, and the price range is within your anticipated budget an onsite confirmation meeting will be scheduled.

STEP 3. ONSITE FOLLOW-UP & CONFIRMATION

Once the details are ironed out, an onsite inspection will be scheduled for a meet and greet and to confirm the estimate. During this meeting, the site will be assessed accordingly. Once the estimate is confirmed a deposit will secure your spot on the schedule. If for any reason the deposit isn’t paid along with a signed contract, a consultation fee of $75 will be required. This fee is due at the time of this consultation. The consultation fee will be applied to the projects total balance if the job is secured within sixty (60) days of the onsite visit.

STEP 4. DAY OF START WALK THROUGH

We’ll do a pre-job walk-through on the day we commence your project. You'll be introduced to friendly professional our team. You’ll get to know us better and understand how each member contributes to bringing your dream concrete pad to life. We’ll also have a more in-depth discussion to help us better understand your vision. We make sure every decision reflects your needs and wants.

STEP 5. WE WORK OUR MAGIC

We use our craftsmanship and skill to give you a custom concrete project perfect for you. You and your family will be able to spend more peaceful moments outdoors, enjoying the benefits of your concrete feature. We’ll continue to keep you updated throughout the entire process of building your dream concrete pad.

STEP 6. POST-JOB WALK THROUGH

We’ll have a final walkthrough together to make sure we left no stone unturned. We want to make sure you’re happy with our work so we can’t wait to hear what you think about the end result. We’ll use this time to educate you on the best way to keep your new pad healthy going forward.

STEP 7. LOVE YOUR UPGRADED

Your newly built concrete feature adds tranquility to your landscape and enhances the entire look of your property. You can now step outside in a paradise of nature and soothing fresh air. Your stress and worries will disappear once you lounge on your new concrete pad and enjoy all its detail and beauty.

STEP 8. WARRANTY

You benefit from a one-year limited warranty on your concrete. In case anything unexpected happens within that timeframe, we’ll come to your site to fix it immediately. You only get our best so that you can enjoy the experience of owning a concrete feature to the fullest.

STEP 9. FOLLOW-UP

Nothing’s more important to us than your well-being. That’s why we follow up in three days, three weeks, and three months – to make sure your pad is in perfect shape.
